You can quickly view all tickets you have opened with Haylix and those tickets related to the organisation you are associated to. The ticket view allows sorting into open and closed tickets for review.
To do this logon via the Sign In button on the top right corner of the support.haylix.com page and logon. When you first submit a ticket to Haylix a user account is created using your email address as the user name and a secure password.
If you don't know your password click the "Forgot Password" link to have a password sent to you.
Once authenticated and under the "My activities" control select "Requests" followed by "My Requests" for your individual tickets or "Organization requests" for those assigned to your organisation. Note that you may be assigned to more than one organisation so when the organisation list is displayed ensure the current organisation is listed in the drop down.
Further if you know the ticket ID you can search on the ID.
